Data Analyst

About the role

TechAbout is a Pakistani product company. We build and run our own internet properties — TECHi.com, BlogReach.com, Travel.pk, PKHosting.com, WPArena.com, TechEngage.com, HealthArena.com, aiTransform.com and Corner.pk — alongside client work. We are hiring a Data Analyst to answer questions about our products with evidence rather than opinion.

What you will work on

• Analyse traffic and behaviour across TECHi, TechEngage, WPArena and HealthArena, and say what is actually working.
• Build the reporting that shows how each of our ten properties is performing.
• Investigate specific questions — why a page converts, where readers leave, which content earns its place.
• Turn findings into a recommendation somebody can act on this week.

What we are looking for

• SQL you can write without a builder, and spreadsheet fluency.
• Google Analytics or similar, and the sense to distrust a single metric.
• Clear writing: a chart nobody understands has not communicated anything.
• Comfort saying 'the data does not support that'.

How we hire

Online-first. Most candidates complete an application review, an email screening, a practical assessment on one of our real products, and a video interview — all remotely. We only ask you to come in when the role genuinely needs it. You will be told which stage you are at and what happens next at every step.
