AI Engineer
About the role
TechAbout is a Pakistani product company. We build and run our own internet properties — TECHi.com, BlogReach.com, Travel.pk, PKHosting.com, WPArena.com, TechEngage.com, HealthArena.com, aiTransform.com and Corner.pk — alongside client work. We are hiring an AI Engineer to build the AI features inside our products.
Employment: Full-time · Location: TechAbout HQ - DHA Lahore
What you will work on
- Extend aiTransform.com, our AI generation platform.
- Work on the assistants inside our HR platform — CV parsing, interview transcription, assessment review.
- Integrate language models into real product surfaces where they earn their cost.
- Write the guardrails: what the model is not allowed to decide on its own.
What we are looking for
- Strong Python and practical experience with LLM APIs and prompt design.
- Understanding of retrieval, embeddings and where they help.
- Care about latency and cost, not only output quality.
- Scepticism about model output, and the habit of verifying it.
How we hire
