Step 3: All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.

Protection: TechAbout prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in: - Verbal or written warning - Required training or counseling - Suspension without pay - Termination of employment or contract - Legal action where appropriate
