About the role
TechAbout is a Pakistani product company. We build and run our own internet properties — TECHi.com, BlogReach.com, Travel.pk, PKHosting.com, WPArena.com, TechEngage.com, HealthArena.com, aiTransform.com and Corner.pk — alongside client work. We are hiring a Recruiter to find people who will still be here in two years.
Employment: Full-time · Location: TechAbout HQ - DHA Lahore
What you will work on
- Run hiring end to end on our own ATS: sourcing, screening, assessment, interview.
- Handle real volume — we receive thousands of applications.
- Keep candidates informed; being rejected is fine, being ignored is not.
- Improve how we assess so the process predicts performance.
What we are looking for
- Recruitment experience, ideally technical hiring.
- Excellent communication and genuine courtesy under volume.
- Organisation and follow-through.
- Judgement about people, and honesty about the role.
How we hire
Online-first. Most candidates complete an application review, an email screening, a practical assessment on one of our real products, and a video interview — all remotely. We only ask you to come in when the role genuinely needs it. You will be told which stage you are at and what happens next at every step.
