MONTHLY ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
There are 3 prime sectors to appraise the evaluation process.

Note:
If you join in the middle of an evaluation cycle within 4 months of your joining, you will not be applicable for that final evaluation cycle. But the 2nd quarterly evaluation will be applicable to you.
How to apply it
Discuss the score with the employee, explain the evidence behind it, and record the review so the next appraisal can compare progress fairly.
